#1 Busheling Scrap may consist of clean steel scrap, not exceeding 2 feet by 5 feet. It may include new factory busheling such as sheet clippings, stampings etc. It must not contain old auto body and fender stock and must be free of metal coated, limed, vitreous enameled, and electric sheet containing over 0.5% silicon.
