The company will invest $1.29 million on building the facility, which is expected to create nearly 25 jobs in the region.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Singapore-based TES announced its decision to set up a new IT asset disposal (ITAD) and recycling center in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The company will invest $1.29 million on building the facility, which is expected to create nearly 25 jobs in the region.

Announcing the decision, Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam noted that Virginia grabbed the project after competing with Delaware and Maryland. The Commonwealth’s reputation as one of the nation’s largest tech hubs, helped it to get the project. The opening of the TES facility would ensure that the Commonwealth is immensely benefited by the projected job growth in information technology related sectors.
