The honor is in recognition of the company’s efforts to promote and encourage engagement using the Sims University Learning Center learning management platform.

The company had selected the Brainier learning management system to facilitate the launch of the Sims University Learning Center in 2019 itself. The platform has helped employees from all over the world to access vital work-related information, assessments, and training materials.
Till date, more than 130,000 courses have been completed by Sims Limited employees via the Sims University Learning Center. The company offers approximately 1,000 employee training and development courses in six different languages, covering various topics, providing opportunities for continuous learning and personal development.
Brad Baker, group chief human resources officer at Sims Limited noted that the tool support the safety of everyone who enters the site, the productivity of its operations, and the sustainability of its services.
