DS Smith Expanded Top Executive Leadership Team

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): London-based world’s leading packaging company announced expansion of its North American top executive management team. The company announced appointment of Evan Johnson as Director-External Paper Sales and Emma Budzisz as Director-Marketing.

Prior to joining DS Smith, Johnson has held sales roles across multiple industries. He has worked for many leading companies including ECHOtape, Pak-Lite Inc. and Priority Payment Systems. He will be responsible for expanding DS Smith’s North America Paper Sales organization and offerings in North America.

Most recently, Budzisz has been working with Coca-Cola, where was in charge of the development of company’s brand vision and consumer and commercial marketing plans. Prior to that, she has held senior marketing roles in consumer, retail and e-commerce across various portfolios. She will be focused on the development of marketing and e-commerce objectives of the company in North America. She will develop and drive promotions, marketing and e-commerce strategies.

The Europe-based company has pushed further into the U.S. markets in recent years. It operates two paper mills in the U.S.
