Foss Recycling Announced Acquisition of Scrap Metal Recycling Division

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Leading waste and recycling solutions provider Wall Recycling, LLC, backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners, announced decision to sell its scrap metal recycling operation to Foss Recycling. The transaction is part of Wall Recycling’s ongoing strategy to focus on its core waste business. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Commenting on the development, Dustin Hill, Chief Operating Officer of Wall Recycling noted that the transaction is a win-win for the company. The transaction will allow the company to allocate more resources to its core integrated waste management operations. The scrap metal operations division will continue to thrive under the ownership of Foss Recycling, he added. Furthermore, Hill extended gratitude to the employees, customers and stakeholders who were associated with the division for their dedication and support over the past several years.

Meantime, Allied Industrial Partners termed the transaction as a significant and strategic step in the evolution phase of Wall Recycling, thus positioning the company for its next phase of growth.
