SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Goodwill Houston and CompuCycle have partnered to give residents a convenient and trusted way to donate and recycle household electronics while supporting local jobs and environmental protection.
Under the collaboration, Houston-area residents can drop off laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, small printers, and other household electronics at participating Goodwill Greater Houston donation centers. Electronics suitable for resale will be sold to fund Goodwill’s job training, education, and community service programs. Items that cannot be resold will be transported to CompuCycle’s certified Houston facility for responsible recycling.

Goodwill Houston said the partnership strengthens its mission to create economic opportunity while keeping hazardous materials out of landfills across the greater Houston region for residents citywide.
