SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The second edition of the Bureau of International Recycling's (BIR) Business Digest, which details new international trade regulations for end-of-life electrical and electronic materials, was released.

The publication offers comprehensive implementation recommendations for the Basel Convention, OECD, and EU legal systems as well as a succinct summary of the new regulations and processes. It offers a thorough analysis of the new trade regulations and control systems in addition to real-world case studies that demonstrate how these products are shipped under various regimes.
