The partnership between the two entities has set a new standard for producer-led collaboration.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Circular Materials and Call2Recycle Canada launched a strategic partnership with the goal of exchanging best practices in recycling and raising public awareness of materials' capacity to be recycled. The collaboration combines the two leaders in extended producer responsibility (EPR) with their extensive knowledge of packaging, paper, and battery recycling.
The Canada’s Recycle Your Batteries! program, which is operated by Circular Materials and Call2Recycle, has been helping producers fulfill their regulatory requirements and supporting Canadians in their attempts to live more sustainably. In addition to helping to prevent battery fires in recycling systems, the program has been instrumental in promoting favorable environmental effects.
According to Allen Langdon, CEO of Circular Materials, the partnership will help increase recycling knowledge and awareness among the general public and guarantee that their combined efforts are concentrated on enhancing environmental results for Canadians from coast to coast.
Meanwhile, its partnership with Call2Recycle Canada will help to create a more sustainable and safe future for everybody, said Joe Zenobio, President and CEO of Call2Recycle Canada.
The two organizations' collaboration has raised the bar for producer-led teamwork.
