The North American copper scrap prices declined sharply on June 4th, Wednesday

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The North American copper scrap prices declined sharply on ScrapMonster Price Index as on June 4th, Wednesday.
Alternator prices declined by $0.01 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing slipped by $0.04 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also down by $0.04 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright also went lower by $ 0.04 per Lb.
The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery saw a down move of $0.02 per Lb. #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery prices fell by $0.01 per Lb from previous day. #3 Copper-Light copper prices were lower by $0.02 per Lb.
The prices of Copper Radiator saw a decline of $0.01 per Lb.
Copper Transformer scrap and Cu/Al Radiator Ends prices declined by $0.01 per Lb each over the day.
However, the Cu Yokes price remained flat.
Meanwhile, the price of Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe were both down by $0.01 per Lb.
Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices fell $0.01 per Lb to touch $0.86 per Lb.
Romex Wire and Heater Cores prices dropped by $0.02 per Lb and $0.01 per Lb respectively on June 4th.
Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, Starters and Xmas Lights saw no daily variation in prices.
