Verso Corporation Announces Major Changes to Top Executive Leadership

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Verso Corporation- the leading North American producer of coated papers announced changes to its top executive leadership team.

The company press release published yesterday states thatB. Christopher DiSantis has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Verso Corporation board of directors with effect from April 5, 2019. Also, Leslie Lederer, former chairman, interim president and CEO of Catalyst Paper Company has been appointed as the Interim CEO until the time of appointment of a permanent CEO.

Meantime, the company’s board of directors has already begun search process to find a suitable successor for DiSantis. The search includes both internal and external candidates, the company press release said.
