U.S. Steel Named One of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for Third Year in a Row

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Pittsburgh-based United States Steel Corporation (U.S. Steel) announced that it has been named “one of the 2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies” by Ethisphere- the global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices. The company has won the prestigious recognition for the third consecutive year, said the press release.

The company noted that its dedication to ethical conduct continues to remain unwavering since its founding a hundred years back. The commitment to a strong ethical culture is reflected throughout the organization and also in its business dealings with clients, customers, investors and employees.

Commenting on the achievement, David B. Burritt, President and Chief Executive Officer of U. S. Steel said that the third consecutive year of recognition underscores the alignment of its S.T.E.E.L. Principles with action and the positive impact created by the company over the past several years.
