SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The North American scrap gold, silver and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked recorded gains during the previous week (September 26 to October 2, 2025) on the ScrapMonster Price Index.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices extended rally, rising significantly by $ 79.74 per Oz.
The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap also were up by $ 102.23 per Oz and $ 124.86 per Lb respectively. The chart given below depicts the weekly price movement in 22-carat gold scrap over the previous week:
9-carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 51.12 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a modest jump of $ 49.58 per Oz to reach $ 1,146.91 per Oz. Silver scrap prices saw an uptick of $1.77 per Oz over the week.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged higher by $ 75.4 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed an increase of $ 49.58 per Oz to reach $ 1,146.91 per Oz. Meanwhile, Silver scrap prices inched higher by $1.70 per Oz from the prior week.
