SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Portland, Oregon-based Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. has been named one of the 2022 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere. The company has been honoured with the title for the eighth consecutive year. It was one among the 136 recipients of the award from 22 countries across 45 industries.

Commenting on the achievement, Tamara Lundgren, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Schnitzer Steel Industries noted that being named as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for eight consecutive years truly testifies the dedication of its employees to its core values of safety, sustainability, and integrity.
