PLASTICS Declared New Top Executive Leadership Team

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The Board of Directors of Washington, D.C-based The Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) approved appointments to top leadership team. Accordingly, Matt Seaholm has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, while Glenn Anderson has been appointed to the post of Chief Operating Officer. The new leaders will be formally introduced in their new positions during the upcoming Chicago annual Spring Meeting.

Matt Seaholm has been serving as the Association’s Vice President of Government Affairs for the past two years. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Director of the American Recyclable Plastic Bag Alliance. Before joining PLASTICS, he was Vice President of Public Affairs at Edelman.

Glenn Anderson has been serving as the Vice President, Member Engagement for PLASTICS since April 2020. Prior to joining PLASTICS, Glenn worked for member company and NPE exhibitor, Milacron LLC for almost 30 years, holding numerous roles and key responsibilities.

Tad McGwire, Chairman, PLASTICS Board of Directors noted that the company is incredibly excited to elevate Matt and Glenn to lead the organization into the future. Their extensive experience will contribute immensely to PLASTICS, which in turn will help it to continue to serve as a voice for its member companies.
