SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): ICIS- the UK-based intelligent service provider announced development of a new service, aimed at boosting visibility in global plastic market. The newly developed “Recycling Supply Tracker” provides a comprehensive view of the sector. The database stores wide range of information such as production capacities, output volumes, feedstock source and site status among others.
According to ICIS, the Recycling Supply Tracker service tracks four grades of recycled plastics- high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polypropylene (PP). It covers over 1,800 medium to large recycling facilities around the world, including their location and contact details, in addition to the type and quantity of products from these facilities.
