Nucor Boosted Efforts to Become the World’s Safest Steel Company

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Nucor Tubular Products announced that it has entered into partnership with New Jersey-based PowerFleet. The partnership is expected to help the company achieve its goal of developing itself into the world’s safest steel company.

The two companies had recently carried out a pilot program, which ended successfully. This has given Nucor the confidence to install PowerFleet’s Enterprise telematics solutions in all its lift-trucks and instrument cranes during the initial half of the current year. The project comprises deployment of PowerFleet Forewarner MAXI Crane Safety lights and CP4 Forklift Camera solutions.
