Turkey scrap imports fall 9.9% y-o-y in July: TUIK

ANKARA (Scrap Monster): Turkey's scrap imports declined by 9.9% year-on-year to 1.98 million metric tons (mt) in July and was remained stable compared to June, as per the latest data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first seven months of 2012 Turkey's scrap imports amounted to 13.3 million mt, increased 9.4% year-on-year.
