DPM Declared Robust Gold Output in Q3

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (DPM) announced robust gold production results during Q3 this year. The company declared strong production results from both of its mines in Bulgaria and the Tsumeb smelter during the quarterly period ended September 30, 2020.

The company press release noted that it has not experienced any notable disruption to its operations as a result of Covid-19 pandemic. The production during the July to September quarter totalled 79,800 ounces of gold. Meantime, the year-to-date gold production by the company totalled 234,100 ounces of gold.

DPM remains on track to meet its previously issued guidance for 2020 at all of its operations. It expressed confidence in achieving the higher end of its 2020 guidance for gold production. The operations continue to perform extremely well. The sites were successful in proactively managing the challenges of Covid-19, which is reflected in the year-to-date impressive performance, said David Rae, President and CEO, DPM.

As per company press release, the production in Ada Tepe and Chelopech totalled 30,000 ounces and 49,800 ounces of gold respectively. Also, the Tsumeb smelter processed 55,900 tonnes of concentrates smelted during the third quarter.

The company plans to publish its Q3 2020 operating and financial results on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
