'Done with IT' Mail-In Electronics Recycling Program Widened Footprint

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster):  Memphis, Tennessee-based Elite Supply Chain Solutions announced that it has joined North America’s largest mail-in electronics recycling program- the ‘Done with IT’ program by The Electronics Reuse & Recycling Alliance (TERRA). The company will offer electronic waste recycling options to businesses and individuals from its certified from its R2-certified facilities in Irving, Texas.

The addition of Elite takes the total number of participating e-waste recycling facilities offering mail-in electronics recycling services through the program to 25. The participating facilities allows for direct shipment of a wide range of devices including laptops, desktops, cell phones and hard drives. After safe destruction of data, these collected devices will be recycled responsibly or refurbished for reuse, in compliance with strict standards.

Steven Napoli, president and CEO of TERRA noted that ‘Done with IT’ program offers e-waste recycling and ITAD services without the need for physical contact. The program would be of great help to individual users as well as businesses, especially at a time when many e-waste recycling programs face suspension due to Covid-19 pandemic. Meantime, AJ Jamal, CEO, Elite said that offering environment-friendly electronics recycling services to its clients and communities will continue to remain as its top priority.
