The Brass/Bronze Scrap prices in the North American region witnessed decline on the Index.

TORONTO (Scrap Monster): The North American copper scrap prices declined on the ScrapMonster Price Index as of Monday, November 17, 2025. Brass/Bronze scrap prices also recorded decline. Aluminum and Stainless Steel scrap prices fell over the previous day. Meanwhile, Steel scrap prices witnessed no change on the Index.
Alternator prices reported no change on the Index.
The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing declined by $0.06 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also down by $0.06 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright edged lower by $ 0.06 per Lb.
The #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery prices were down by $0.01 per Lb over the previous day. #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery prices also recorded a decline of $0.01 per Lb on the Index. #3 Copper-Light copper prices inched lower by $0.06 per Lb.
The prices of Copper Radiator scrap were down by $0.02 per Lb on the Index.
Copper Transformer Scrap prices were flat over the prior day’s prices.
Cu Yokes, Cu/Al Radiator Ends, Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe prices held steady as of November 17, 2025.
Harness Wire 35% Recovery and Heater Cores prices dipped by $0.01 per Lb each over the day.
Romex Wire prices inched lower by $0.01 per Lb.
The prices of Scrap Electric Motors, Starters, Sealed units, and Xmas Lights reported no variation from the previous day's price levels.
1100 Scrap prices inched lower by $0.01 per Lb over the day. The prices of 3003 Scrap dropped by $0.01 per Lb on the Index. The prices of 356 Aluminum Wheels and 6063 Extrusions/Fe recorded decline by $0.01 per Lb each over the previous day.
The prices of 6063 Extrusions witnessed a dip by $0.01 per Lb over the prior day.
Meanwhile, prices of 5052 Scrap and 6061 Extrusions were down by $0.02 per Lb and $0.01 per Lb respectively when compared with the prior day.
The prices of Al/Cu Radiators and Al/Cu Radiators/Fe were flat over the day. Aluminum Radiators and Aluminum Radiators/Fe prices held steady on the Index. Aluminum Transformers prices also were flat over the previous day’s prices. Breakage 50% Recovery prices reported a decline of $0.01 per Lb as of Monday, November 17, 2025.
E.C Aluminum Wire prices edged lower by $0.02 per Lb on the Index.
Chrome Wheels, Litho Sheets, and MLC Clips prices were down by $0.01 per Lb when compared with previous day’s price levels.
Mixed Aluminum Turnings prices also dropped by $0.01 per Lb.
The prices of Old Cast and UBC reported a decline of $0.01 per Lb each over the previous day.
Old Sheet, Painted Siding, and Zorba 90% NF prices also dropped by $0.01 per Lb on the Index.
#1 Bundle prices recorded no change.
The prices of #1 Busheling and #1 HMS reported no change as of November 17, 2025.
