The AMU Aluminum Summit aims to become a key gathering for North America's industrial metals community.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Global commodities intelligence provider CRU has announced the launch of the AMU Aluminum Summit, a new industry conference aimed at strengthening commercial ties across North America's aluminum and steel sectors. The inaugural event will be held from August 24–26, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The AMU Aluminum Summit aims to address growing challenges facing the U.S. aluminum industry, including trade uncertainty, evolving procurement strategies, and the need for greater visibility into downstream markets. By co-locating the event with the SMU Steel Summit, CRU aims to provide aluminum market participants with direct access to a broad network of buyers, manufacturers, processors, traders, and end users.
