In addition to EcoLum, the Sustana line also comprises of EcoDura aluminum, which includes at least 50% recycled content and EcoSource, the only low-carbon, smelter-grade alumina brand in the world.

Kelly Thomas, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Alcoa noted that the company is assist its customer in their pursuit to continuously produce high-quality products, by supplying Speira with low-carbon aluminum. The EcoLum and EcoDura products sales are expected to witness more than three-fold surge year-over-year in 2022, he added.

Speira operates seven manufacturing facilities and one R&D center. Also, both Alcoa and Speira are proud members of the Aluminum Stewardship initiative.
