11th Oct, 2016: Chinese Aluminum Scrap prices trend higher on Index

BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese Aluminum scrap prices increased marginally on the Scrap Monster Price Index on October 11^th, Tuesday.

6063 Extrusions and Aluminum Ingots witnessed a rise of CNY 50 per MT over the previous day. Aluminum Radiators and Transformers prices remained unchanged on Index. E.C Aluminum Wire prices jumped higher by CNY 50 per MT to touch CNY 13,250 per MT. Old Cast prices remained flat over the previous day. The prices of Old Sheet and Old Cast witnessed no change. UBC and Zorba 90% INF prices held steady when matched with the previous day.

Meanwhile, Brass Radiator prices increased by CNY 150 per MT when matched with the day before. Red Brass and Yellow Brass prices too were up by CNY 150 per MT each.

Stainless steel scrap prices were unchanged on the Index.

201 SS prices held steady at CNY 3,850 per MT.

The prices of 304 SS Solid, 304 SS Turning and 309 SS remained flat.

310 SS prices held steady at CNY 16,150 per MT on October 11^th, 2016.

316 SS Solid and Shred SS prices too witnessed no change in prices.
