Florida Express Environmental Announces Acquisition of Licciardello’s Sanitation Services, Inc.

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): FLORIDA EXPRESS ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC (Ocala, FL) announces that it has completed an acquisition of certain business assets of Licciardello’s Sanitation Services, Inc., a solid waste and recycling company located in Summerfield, FL. The acquired business assets include residential, commercial, and industrial solid waste customers, recycling operations, equipment, vehicles and customer agreements.

With this transaction, Florida Express Environmental adds 10,000 new customers and six vehicles. The transaction follows the company’s January 2016 purchase of Enviro-Shred and Shred Express, which added 1,200 customer accounts focused on document destruction services. In total, Florida Express serves 25,000 customers across a fleet of 32 commercial vehicles. Florida Express Environmental owner and CEO, John Paglia, Jr. commented, “We are committed to strategically growing our company while continuing our tradition of providing excellent customer service and unparalleled safety.
