Steel Trade Group Announced Shortlist for 12th Steelie Awards

The final competitors for ‘Excellence in Lifecycle Assessment’ award are ArcelorMittal, JSW Steel Limited, POSCO and Tata Steel Limited.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The World Steel Association (worldsteel) announced shortlist for the 12th Steelie Awards. The awards recognize individuals and member companies for their outstanding contributions to the global steel industry over the past one-year period.
The shortlisted companies for the ‘Excellence in Digital Communications’ category of the award are JSW Steel Limited, MetinvestHolding LLC, POSCO, Severstal (PAO), Tata Steel Limited and Ternium. ArcelorMittal, POSCO, Tata Steel Limited, Tenaris and Ternium have been shortlisted for the “Excellence in Communications Programmes’ award. The shortlist for ‘Excellence in Education and Training’ category of awards comprises of Gerdau SA, HBIS Group Co. Ltd, JFE Steel Corporation, JSW Steel Limited and Tata Steel Limited.

The final competitors for ‘Excellence in Lifecycle Assessment’ award are ArcelorMittal, JSW Steel Limited, POSCO and Tata Steel Limited. The final winner of ‘Excellence in Sustainability’ award will be selected from ArcelorMittal, China Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited, HBIS Group Co. Ltd, POSCO and Tata Steel Europe. The shortlist for ‘Innovation of the Year’ award comprises Acciaierie Bertoli Safau S.p.A, EVRAZ, JFE Steel Corporation, Nippon Steel Corporation and POSCO.
The 12th Steelie Award winners will be declared on Wednesday, 13th October, 2021.
