Solterra Recycling Solutions Completes Acquisition of Bridge Disposal

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage):Solterra Recycling Solutions (Ewing, NJ) announces that it has completed the acquisition of Bridge Disposal, a provider of solid waste collection services. Bridge Disposal, based in New Brunswick, NJ, services residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout Central New Jersey. The acquisition of Bridge Disposal, which closed on June 30, comes on the heels of the company’s refinancing of its credit facility in April 2016. “We are excited to continue building and strengthening our footprint in New Jersey,” said Ed Apuzzi, CEO of Solterra. “This acquisition reflects our strategy of building density and scale in markets we know well.”
