September 18, 2025: Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum Prices Dipped on the Index

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went lower by $ 7.69 per Oz.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked recorded sharp decline as of Thursday, September 18, 2025 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. The prices of scrap silver and Platinum also witnessed fall on Index.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 8.13 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat gold edged lower by $ 10.42 per Lb. The 22-carat gold scrap prices recorded decline by $ 12.73 per Oz. 9-carat gold scrap also edged lower by $ 5.21 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a fall of $ 23.33 per Oz to reach $ 998.17 per Oz. Silver scrap prices went lower by $ 1.07 per Oz.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went lower by $ 7.69 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap too went down by $ 9.85 and $ 12.04 per Oz respectively.9-carat gold scrap also declined by $ 4.93 per Oz. The prices of Platinum scrap saw dip by $ 23.33 per Oz. In the meantime, silver scrap prices edged lower by $ 1.04 per Oz on Index.
