Packaging Europe’s Sustainability Awards Finalists Announced

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): As the international jury of experts brings the first round of judging to a close, this year’s finalists of Packaging Europe’s Sustainability Awards, the world’s most prestigious and influential sustainable packaging competition, have been revealed.  In its mission to spotlight the most important innovations and initiatives across the packaging value chain, the Sustainability Awards welcomes all types of organizations with no entry fee.  

Companies from all over the world have been nominated this year, marking the most internationally diverse set of finalists to date – hailing from Ethiopia, India, China, Brazil, Australia, and beyond.  As the “Nobel Prize” for sustainable packaging innovations, the goal of Sustainability Awards is to platform the most important innovations and initiatives across the packaging value chain. It aims to accelerate the adoption of best practice in the packaging space and facilitate the cross-fertilization of ideas – all to benefit our environment and climate.  

The winners will be announced at an awards dinner taking place during the Sustainable Packaging Summit in Utrecht, Netherlands from 10th – 12th November. Tickets are available via the Sustainable Packaging Summit website.
