Young Jeweler Bags £10,000 EDGE Awards

EDINBURGH (Scrap Monster): A young Jeweler, Moira Warren of Patience Jewellery has bagged £10,000 at the EDGE Awards to develop her brand.

It is said that Warren faced a tough competition and stringent evaluation before Scotland’s ‘real life Dragons Den’ panel of Scottish business owners.

 Warren won the funding through the Young EDGE category of the EDGE (Encouraging Dynamic Growth Entrepreneur) Awards with the help of the Scottish Enterprise, The Princes Trust and RBS.

“On a personal level the whole process was very vigorous and grueling, but a massive learning curve. It was also so great to meet other people in the same boat as you, and from it I have met some lovely new friends,” Warren said.
