NEW DELHI (Scrap Monster): The Indian gold jewelers try to entice their customers with priceless gifts and discounts.  

Joyalukkas Group, a gold and diamond retailer in India, is offering 12 free BMW cars and two kilograms (4.4 pounds) of bullion in a lucky draw.

 Other top jewelries like Gitanjali Gems Ltd. (GITG), Rajesh Exports Ltd. and Kalyan Jewellers Ltd. are also offering mind blowing discounts and gifts.

However, there is lower demand for the precious metal during the monsoon season.

In last year, India imposed heavy gold import duties for saving the declining rupee and curbing the escalating current account deficit.
