"Our access to platinum and palladium is still reasonably good," Johnson said.
The five-month long platinum strike has drifted away the stockpiles of the major platinum suppliers- Impala Platinum (Implats), Anglo American Platinum (Amplats) and Lonmin.
The striking Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union's (Amcu) president, Joseph Mathunjwa has said that the union still moves with its wage demand, R12 500 a month which Platinum producers say is unaffordable.
