Denmark’s Commemorative coin Depicts Iconic Goal of Robin van Persie

COPENHAGEN (Scrap Monster): The Royal Dutch Mint has struck a special world cup coin to commemorate Robin van Persie's spectacular diving header against Spain.

The mint has sold off every piece of iconic goal coins as soon as the coins were reached for sale. The exact number that has been sold is not clear because most orders for the 9, 95 euro coin have been made on the internet.

Netherland entered into semifinal by defeating Spain for 5-1.

The face value of the iconic goal coin is €9.95 and it depicts Robin van Persie's stunning header on reverse and the Dutch crest on the reverse.
