May be for the first time in the world, a Canadian old Yukon gold mine has announced to sell its property including mining equipments for $2 million in bitcoin on BitPremier, a self-described bitcoin marketplace.

OTTAWA (Scrap Monster): May be for the first time in the world, a Canadian old Yukon gold mine has announced to sell its property including mining equipments for $2 million in bitcoin on BitPremier, a self-described bitcoin marketplace.
However, BitPremier has yet not revealed the name and details of the mine seller.
The mine is situated in Dawson City, the heart of the 1890s Klondike Gold Rush worth $5.9 million at current prices can produce up to 4,000 ounces of gold a year.
Bitcoin as a form of payment for products and services has seen growth, and merchants have an incentive to accept the digital currency because the fees are lower than the 2–3% typically imposed by credit card processors.
