7th February, 2023: Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum Prices Declined Sharply on Index

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Tuesday, 7^th February, 2023 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped on Index.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 1.19 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 1.53 and $ 1.86 per Oz espectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 0.76 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 18.23 per Oz to touch $ 714.54 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed on the lower side at $18.42 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.91 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 1.13 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 1.44 and $ 1.77 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 0.72 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 18.23 per Oz to touch $ 714.52 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed on the lower side at $16.35 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.81 per Oz.
