25th May, 2023: Scrap Gold and Silver Prices Soared, Platinum Dipped on Index

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked moved higher from previous day on Thursday, 25^th May, 2023 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Meantime, the prices of Platinum scrap declined over the day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 0.25 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went higher by $ 0.33 per Oz and $ 0.40 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 0.17 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed modest decline of $ 17.50 per Oz to reach $ 759.74 per Oz. Silver scrap prices saw modest up tick of $0.21 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged higher by $ 0.24 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 0.31 and $ 0.38 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 0.16 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a decline of $ 17.50 per Oz to reach $ 759.74 per Oz. Meantime, Silver scrap prices inched higher by $0.19 per Oz from the prior day.
