Orlando Waste Paper Company is a family owned and operated company founded in 1969 by Jerry Vestal. The company was started using one old school bus with the roof cut off to pickup cardboard from local distribution warehouses around Orlando which he then sold to recycling mills. As the years went by he continued adding to the list of materials to process and recycle, slowly building the single stream recycling facility we still operate today. Orlando Waste Paper company has grown to nearly 100 employees utilizing over 40 collections vehicles to service thousands of customers across Central Florida. We continue striving to provide quality customer service with a personalized touch at competitive prices.
Reduce your garbage bill by putting all of your recyclable materials in our container. Four, six, eight and ten cubic yard sizes serviced up to six days per week. We accept cardboard, paper, plastics, metals and other materials.
With our single stream recycling program you can place all the materials listed under Recycling Instructions into one container, we sort it out at our multi-material recycling facility so you don’t have to. Recycled items may be placed in the container either bagged or loose. Front-load service is available in 4,6,8 or even 10 cubic yard containers dumped up to six days per week. Our representatives will, at your request, provide a free waste stream audit to determine the size of container and number of pickups per week to help get your recycling program started.
Every business has information that should remain confidential – customer lists, payroll and tax records etc… You can bring your documents to us or we will pick them up for you and provide you with a certificate of destruction.We can help by providing one time pick ups (usually once per year) or on a regularly scheduled basis. All documents are destroyed using a hammer mill before being baled and recycled. The standard paper recycling process does not guarantee the safety and protection that your sensitive documents require, even if you don’t choose us, make sure your confidential information is properly destroyed and not just disposed of.If you would like to save on the cost of having a truck come to you, bring your materials to us! Businesses and residents are welcome to bring their materials for destruction directly to our recycling center where our staff will weigh the materials and assist in unloading into our secure document destruction room at a highly discounted rate. Observation of document destruction is available for an additional fee.
Cleaning up an office or warehouse and have lots of recyclable materials? A roll-off container might be right for you. We can also help you recycle clean asphalt, concrete or dirt. Containers come in 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yard sizes.If you have large quantities of recyclable materials a roll-off or compactor might be right for your needs, they can be used for clean cardboard, newspaper, plastics, metals and even single stream recycling. Roll-offs are available in 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yard sizes and can be serviced up to six days per week. If you have clean concrete or asphalt we can often have it recycled for you with no disposal cost.
