SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): Backed with an investment of more than $3 million from Plano-based Keurig Dr. Pepper, Coca-Cola Co. and PepsiCo., a recycling initiative is being launched in North Texas, with a goal is to improve the recycling and processing bottles.
Recycling facilities will be upgraded with the latest technology including optical sorters and a public service campaign will be disseminated to the masses. The American Beverage Association announced Thursday that Dallas-Fort Worth will be the first market to get an investment from the “Every Bottle Back” campaign.
