BWS-50 Multi Feed Wire Stripping Machine

Are you looking for a Heavy Duty Wire stripping machine which does it all with minimal adjustments? Check out the BWS-50 Multi feed. This machine allows you to strip from wire from 16GA to 2.0". With a 9 channel multi feed hole design you can easily strip a wide range of wire without having to adjust the machine. The design is great if the person using the machine isn't the most technically savvy. The BWS-50 stands for BLUEDOG WIRE STRIPPER 50 MM THIS MACHINE STRIPS ROMEX! SPECIFICATIONS: Power supply: 110V 50-60Hz - 2 HP Motor Wire Range: .064" (16AWG) - 2" OD 13 Channels of Cutters Combined Gear and Chain Driven Function Cutting Speed: Approximately 75ft per minute STRIPS ROMEX CABLE THIS MACHINE AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTS! IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME FROM ADJUSTING A SINGLE BLADE HEIGHTH! Anyone that's used a standard wire stipper knows that it takes a lot of time and man power to adjust the blade up and down. This machine will save you time. Basically there are 2 sets of cutter/rollers. It's made to cut the tops and bottoms of larger wires and the bottoms only on smaller wire. The spring loaded mechanism on the top allows you to adjust the tension of the cutters depending on what wire or jacket size you are cutting- this prolongs the blade life. You can cut two wires at once if you want. Also, .064" is approximately 16 AWG. It's rated to cut up to 50mm (2").
