Curb-Side Glass Pickup

When you sign up for our service, not only are you combatting pollution, you are supporting a local, high school student-run business! Upon sign up, you'll receive a free 15-gallon purple bin delivered straight to your doorstep.

We will come by and collect your glass in either bi-weekly or monthly increments, depending on your selected plan. Enjoy a simple subscription process, text reminders the day before each pickup, and know you are doing your part to help our enviroment!

Ben and Leal are the owners and operators of Purple Glass Recycling. Ben and Leal were both born and raised in Fairfax County and currently live in Alexandria. Ben participates in wresting during the winter season, while Leal Rows for TBC Racing Crew Team in the fall and spring. Both students are juniors in high school, maintain great grades, and are enrolled in the National Honor's Society. When they're not bettering themselves mentally or physically, they are bettering their community. Both Leal and Ben volunteer and participate in the preforming arts. 

Ben and Leal have always been interested in business. Both boys, as kids, started their own lawn care company, mowing their local neighbor's lawns. As they grew older, they soon teamed up, starting Oak Lawn Care. They scaled their business into 35 clients, and employing their friends on the way. When Ben and Leal discovered the Fairfax County Glass Recycling Problem, they knew this opportunity could both offer a unique business plan, and a way to help out the local community, in which Purple Glass Recycling was born.
