Reggie Nayar is an expert in turning waste to profit, with 20 years of experience working with top companies such as PepsiCo and Frito Lay. He earned the distinctive PepsiCo Chairman's Award in 2011 for outstanding contribution to successful sustainability initiatives at the company.

His passion for sustainability led Nayar to found his own consulting firm, Innovative Waste Solutions, through which he continued to work with PepsiCo and its vendors to achieve a zero-waste goal and create the corporation's Global Waste Minimization Program implemented this year.

Recently Reggie spoke at the Food Safety and Pest Management 2013 event October 2-3, 2013 held at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
