Earth Resources Recycling will pick up virtually all of your recyclable items conveniently from the curbside at your home or business.  Recycling helps cut down on land fill use, helps preserve our precious resources and ensures our planet will be a safer, cleaner place for future generations.

RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE RECYCLING

Earth Resources Recycling serves neighborhoods like yours throughout the City of Mobile. We pick up every single week and ensure your recyclables go where they should – back into the manufacturing process instead of into a landfill!We will deliver a recycling bin to your driveway! Where it is placed is usually where our drivers feel will be the best location for continued pickups.

COMMERCIAL RECYCLING SOLUTIONS 

Earth Resources Recycling will evaluate the specific needs of your business, and help create a system that works well for you.  Look around your business and observe how many trash cans are full of copy paper?  What about the amount of aluminum cans from the vending machine? All that is heading to a landfill unless someone takes the initiative to setup a recycling program. 

RECYCLING GUIDELINES

When you sign up for new service, your 18-gallon bin will be delivered to your address. Unless indicated otherwise, you will need to place your bin at the curb on the day of your pick-up.It is important that you have your bin to the curb no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of your pick-up.  To keep our routes optimized, we must periodically change the order in which we visit homes.  As a result, we may arrive earlier or later in the day that we have in the previous weeks.

Keep the process efficient, effective, and affordable!

• Drain and rinse all of your containers
• Remove any lids and caps
• Flatten and stack cardboard together (not necessary to put it in a bin but please remember to weigh it down on windy days)
• No recycling in plastic bags or garbage bags, please! (A bag of plastic grocery bags is OK!)
