ERI's New Partnership Offers Inventive Electronics Recycling Solution

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): ERI-the Fresno, California-headquartered top recycler of e-waste in the U.S. has entered into partnership with online insurance specialists CyberPolicy to offer innovative e-waste recycling solutions to small businesses. The two organizations will integrate their industry experience in offering comprehensive insurance solutions to business customers in electronics recycling.

With this, ERI has emerged as the first recycling organization in the entire U.S. to offer affordable cyber insurance solutions to its small business customers, in addition to offering cutting-edge technologies in data destruction and recycling of electronic devices. The new partnership will offer its clients, the extra comfort by minimizing their exposure to cyber attacks and data breaches. Meantime, the customers of CyberPolicy can avail of ERI’s data destruction services.

According to John Shegerian, ERI’s co-founder and executive chairman, the partnership has enabled the company to make a big leap into the future of ITAD and responsible recycling. By way of offering the first-of-its’s-kind comprehensive cyber insurance service to its customers, ERI has one again demonstrated its leadership in terms of industry innovation and data security solutions. The company will continue to pioneer innovative technological solutions through key partnerships to maintain its position as the world leader in electronics recycling, Shegerian added.

Meantime, Keith Moore, CEO and Founder of CyberPolicy stated that the company is excited to partner with ERI to extend cybersecurity by including cyber insurance as part of the solution. The new partnership will help small businesses protect their valuable assets from disastrous cyberattack, Moore said.
