Zink Corporation shop fabricates piping, tanks, miscellaneous fabrication, pipe coils, bending, and mechanical equipment for chemical, petroleum, utility, and other industrial manufacturing companies.

Our fabrication shop is one of the best equipped in the country, employs the most up-to-date fabrication technology and equipment and is geared to quality production at a competitive price. All our welders are A.S.M.E. certified and A.S.M.E. certifications can be furnished on all our fabrications if required. Our certifications and quality assurance program are also available upon request.

We specialize in pipe and tube fabrications of all types and sizes, pipe and tube coils,pipe bends, pressure vessel and tank fabrication, as well as custom fabrication of special assemblies to our customers' specifications. Another of our shop specialties is the complete fabrication of skid mounted mechanical assemblies. We furnish the skids, piping, equipment controls, electrical work, insulation and other work that may be required for a particular job. These components are then assembled, tested, painted and shipped as complete assemblies to all parts of the world.

Pipe Fabrication

Our pipe fabrication shop contains the latest in manual and semi-automatic welding equipment. We can provide 100% radiograph welding, as well as stress relieving, heat treating and A.S.M.E. code stamping.

Skidded Modules

We can provide skid mounted assemblies complete with tanks, piping, valves, instruments, and insulation. We can also provide sand blasting and painting for most any type of internal or external coatings.

Superheater Bundles

Tubing, headers, refractory, expansion joints and all the structural components required for a complete package, are installed.
