In 1930 Ludwig Zerzog began recycling lubricating oils in Ottobrunn. Today the "Used Oils" division disposes of used oils, emulsions and solvents throughout southern Bavaria. Since 1998 we have been renewing the certification "waste disposal specialist" according to § 52 KrW / AbfG.

In 1971 the plastics processing division was established as a guideline: "Styrofoam ... and more"! Styrofoam, foamed polyethylene and polypropylene have now become our preferred modern materials. They are all ideally suited for the production of shock-absorbing and / or insulating packaging, roof insulation elements and technical parts. Air and foam cushioning films, foaming systems, packaging chips made of Styrofoam or biodegradable materials complete our product range.

In 1994 and 1995 new production facilities were added in Bavaria. The medium-sized company group Zerzog currently has over 100 employees.

We have geared our business processes to conserving resources and avoiding waste. We started recycling Styrofoam in the late 1980s . In 2001 we received the Ökoprofit certificate and are participants in the “ Bavarian Environment Pact ”.

We take our time and work with you to find the best possible solutions for your packaging and technical parts. With modern software, our CAD / CAM team develops virtual constructions for this purpose and, on request, produces custom-fit models.

Our modern production, our quality control and our vehicle fleet, coordinated by our experienced dispatchers, stand for quality, adherence to deadlines and flexibility. It does not matter whether it is large or small series or just-in-time deliveries.
