To provide educational services to the students serviced by Ute Pass Boces who require further career exploration prior to graduation, thereby providing them with important job skills and readiness for a successful transition into the world of work. This program also serves as a beneficial service to the Woodland Park community and outlying areas through educating and providing an electronics recycling depot to the local residents. The Woodland Park Panther Recycling Program thereby helps to decrease the amount of electronics waste being wrongfully disposed of into the environment which may create toxic and hazardous conditions. In order to provide these services to the students and the community, WPPR has worked with the State of Colorado to be in compliance with all state mandated hazardous waste regulations. It is WPPR’s commitment to continually improve this program to align itself with the ideals of the environmental leadership program.
