The late Johnny “Waste Oil” Crescenzo founded Westchester Waste Oil Company in 1983.   

He worked strenuously day and night with the dream of building our company into what it is today. In his memory, we continue his determined work ethic to carry on his legacy he left behind. We are a family-owned business with a distinguished reputation in the recycling industry.
