WELA-Plast GmbH, based in Goldenstedt (Germany), has developed into a recognized plastics raw material specialist since it was founded in 1991 and since then has stood for needs-based and optimized production of input materials for the plastics industry on customer request.
Many years of expertise and the most modern, innovative process technology offer products of the highest quality and guarantee consistently high quality over the long term. WELA-Plast GmbH is a medium-sized family company, which was founded in 1991 by the current owners.

In 2000 the company moved to its current location. On the almost 40,000 square meter site, new production halls with state-of-the-art process technology and an attached administration building, several storage halls and a modernly equipped filling and homogenization plant were built.

Today WELA-Plast GmbH is an international company with customers all over Europe. The product range extends over the materials LD-PE, HD-PE, PE / PP, PP, PS, ABS, PA, TPE, TPV, SBS, ESBS, EPS. In addition, masterbatches based on new goods and recyclates, chalk batches, WPC, biodegradable plastics or other highly filled compounds are produced according to customer specifications or recipes.

With regard to our range of services, we see ourselves as a systemic, holistic partner in order to be able to offer all the necessary services relating to the end product:

Granules

WELA-Plast GmbH produces its granulates exclusively in Germany. Most of these are standard but also special types that are regularly produced according to defined recipes. Another focus is the production of customer-specific granulates, which are developed in close coordination with customer specifications.

Compounding

A continuous, multi-stage manufacturing process using numerous and precise dosing and mixing devices on our twin-screw extruders ensures first-class plastic compounding, in which polymers and additives are optimally homogenized with one another in the melting phase. In addition to our standard range of mineral-filled batches and compounds, we are also happy to develop individual solutions, which are then designed in close cooperation and according to the customer's specifications for the respective application. If desired, additives, modifiers, color batches, adhesion promoters and stabilizers can be incorporated.

Wage regulation

We offer our customers wage granulation as a service. WELA-Plast GmbH picks up the goods from the customer, granulates them and delivers them back to the customer, who then uses the goods again in his production. This means that the supplier of the input material receives the delivered quantities back in accordance with his ordered qualification specifications and only pays the production costs that were necessary for the production of the delivered quantity. We are also happy to provide appropriate picking options such as frame frames, lattice boxes and / or containers for a holistic logistical solution.

In addition to the production of our own granulates, compounds and regrind, we also market a constantly changing range of granulates, regrind, NT goods and special items from other manufacturers in order to do justice to our guiding principle of a fully comprehensive service portfolio.
