Windsor Disposal Services was founded in 1986 by Rocco Moceri and remains a family business to this day. Through the hard work of Rocco, his wife Antonina, their family and our many employees, we have become a trusted source in the City of Windsor for garbage management, as well as solid waste and recycling services.
