Most watches brought to us for repair are serviced by our Swiss & American trained watchmaker holding certification in the USA with the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI),  Swiss Certification by the Watchmakers of Switzerland Training & Education Program (WOSTEP) as well as Omega Level 5 Certification or we will send directly to the manufactures service center.
