Wagner Reclamation Services is a family-owned, recycling service located in Rapid City, South Dakota and services the Black Hills and surrounding areas. Having had a career in construction for over 25 years, Basil Wagner is well-versed in everything from building roads to putting in underground utilities; in May of 2019, Basil and his wife purchased Reclamation Services and are eager to expand and offer this green service to contractors in the area.
